Easwar's grasp on the business process helped us to solve number of business problems in using Globus One ERP and it played a major factor in renewing BBA Contract for the second time. Though our efforts were not noted significantly by the customer, we were fortunate enough that James directly worked with our team during SFTP Integration and am confident it increased his confidence on Asirtech especially considering our ability to quickly write the spec, to take up automated testing (with Proof of results) and our communication/confidence especially Easwar's.
A couple of weeks back, when I was interacting with the leadership team of Globus about the Nevro Integration Project, we ventured into a discussion about resourcing for Globus Projects. On my mention that Hannah will be part of the Nevro Project, one of the directors (V Prasath) was concerned about Pick to Ship Pipeline as he didn't want to lose key resources for Projects that he would like to have in his team. Even when I assured the team that Asirtech's primary focus is on the process and not on individuals by giving an example of Release 2 and how it was executed by Ranjith (without much of Hannah's involvement) and that Ranjith is reserved for Pick to Ship, James made a statement (in response) that Release 1 was much more complex than Release 2. He has also previously asked specifically for availability of Hannah for Globus Projects as a BA. This makes me infer that James does hold Hannah's effort in Business Analysis especially for Pick to Ship in very high regard.
Now when we are almost signing up for Nevro, I am again thankful for all our (past/present/visible/invisible) efforts which has definitely contributed in Asir Signing a new Project.
